The HELIOS automatic dispenser, for bubble foil, foam and polyethylene is the perfect complement to our ATIS orbital wrappers. By combining the HELIOS dispenser with an ATIS wrapper you obtain the double of protection for your products. Application: Protection with bubble foil, foam or polyethylene of furniture, cupboards, doors, boards, kits, windows, fragile products… Working process: The product is carried automatically by a driven conveyor until the photocell detects it. The HELIOS dispenser is activated, covering with bubble foil, foam or polyethylene the upper and lower sides of the product, as well the front and back. The product will pass then through the wrapper to complete de 6-sides packaging process. Finally, the outfeed driven conveyor will pull out the product, fully packed.
