Structured packing or tower packing scrubbers are zero emission specialists. The wide variety of possible combinations and different designs allow us to reduce environmental emissions to levels close to 0. This way, we guarantee comply with existing legislation and be prepared for future restrictions. By installing these equipment in one or two levels, they may be installed in low-ceiling areas where vertical scrubber can not compete. This way, we provide the customer an added value in engineering. Structured packing also allows us to treat complex chemical reactions that require a precise adjustment which can obstruct or fill tower rings. Its horizontal design makes them ideal for easy maintenance and control of equipment. Thus, all elements are at the height of the operator, enabling easier work and reducing time and operating resources. The equipment is designed both to be manufactured in thermoplastics (HDPE, PP, PVC, PVDF, ...) as in steel or stainless steel.
