Venturi gas scrubber

The advantage of the wet process separator is that it can also remove contaminated gases and has low manufacturing and maintenance costs. The dust and aerosols separator by Venturi effect, developed by REITHER engineering and registered for international patent, is a Venturi scrubber with adjustable transverse tube, where the flow area can be adjusted to achieve separation of particles as specified, for variable flows. This modification of the width of the flow area can also be performed during operation, which results in a constant coefficient of separation throughout the process. These devices can be manufactured in anticorrosive thermoplastics (PVC, PP or PE) coated steel or stainless steel respectively.
