Pumping units control system cabinet SHSAU-NU Pumping unit automatic control system cabinet SHSAU-NU is provided for automatic cost-efficient control of electric drives in pumping unit of various purposes, types and capacity with one or several pumps. Capacity limits of one pump are 1,5…160 kW, number of pumps is unlimited. SHSAU-NU can be installed in underground facilities and metro tunnels, at industrial and municipal facilities with extreme operation conditions. SHSAU-NU fulfills functions of smooth, shock-free startup and stop, regulation of technological parameters by drive electric motor rotation frequency change in automatic mode, signaling, diagnostics, protection, local and remote control, auxiliary electric drives control. FUNCTIONS SHSAU-NU provides current and overload protection of main and auxiliary pumping unit drives, pump motor seizure protection, earth fault protection, supply network or load open-phase mode protection. One of SHSAU-NU types is oil well pumping unit control. In this respect, SHSAU-NU operates with damper valve drive, pipeline water pressure sensors, well and tank tower water level sensors, other monitoring elements. In addition to oil well pumping unit control, SHSAU-NU are manufactured for drainage pumping units control, other liquids and gases transmission units. In each case the unit is manufactured according to Customer’s specific requirements or its production requirements.
