It is a full equipment package, including electric drives, lighting, stand-by supply, input unit, limit switches, various sensors. Main part of equipment is placed in special closed cabinet, where heat is removed with special heat exchanger. Execution IP 66. Automatic drilling is carried out with frequency converters, and hydraulic drives automatic control is carried out with programmable controller. Accumulators automatic charge and monitoring, feeding network automatic phasing and monitoring. Diagnostics of all devices, as well as visualization of operating parameters and failures is provided. •UKUP STRUCTURE UKUP structure includes control panel (placed and fixed on manipulators rack of semitrailer) and control cabinet (placed and fixed on prime mover fender), linked with the help of power supply utilities. UKUP structure included the following functional systems: •power part power supply, protection and switching; •electric drives control; •manipulators control; •jacks and outriggers control; •drilling process automatic and manual control; •accumulators charge and monitoring; •external elements monitoring and control; •UKUP auxiliaries power supply systems.
