Description

The eOP is a high power density cooling pump developed for oil cooling and lubrication applications in the market. It targets high flow low pressure conditions from the hydraulic perspective and includes a G-rotor pump, a brushless DC motor, and an intelligent motor controller. An eOP receives command signals from TCU / VCU and operates at TCU / VCU specified working conditions / performance points while providing necessary feedback to the TCU / VCU. The eOP can be mounted to a hybrid transmission, traction motor, or eAxle to provide pressurized oil circulation for cooling and lubrication required in these systems such as EV motor, controller, and BMS.
