Automatic industrial labeling machine for the simultaneous application of 2 labels, front and back, on containers flat, round or oval. Versatile machine that can handle different sizes of containers and labels. The M3010FB labeller has the closed base in AISI 304 steel, entirely mirror polished, is composed of: • conveyor belt; • 2 labeling heads of the ClassicNew series; • upper stabilizer roller; • photocells for managing labels and containers; • touch screen control panel. User-friendly label maker with the ability to memorize up to 100 changes format. The machine can be installed in existing line, in line with PMR filling and capping solutions, or stand-alone and equipped with container loading and unloading plate. • Ideal solution for containers of : jam - honey - sauces - oil - sauces - ketchup - mayonnaise - salt - sugar - candy - coffee - chocolate - yogurt - milk - jars - spices - perfumes - pet food - liquor - beer - cream - shampoo - deodorant - detergents - supplements - paint - solvent - disinfectant - fertilizer. • Accessories : - orbital centering unit, for centering the oval vials before the labeling phase; - hot, dry and inkjet marking system for overprinting of barcodes or alphanumeric data; - spacer wheel or spacer auger, to automate the cadence of the containers; - container loading and unloading plate (Ø 800 or 1,000 mm).
