Filling and capping monoblock for foundation. Solution for the packaging of semi-dense cosmetic substances, composed of: • volumetric doser equipped with brushless motor, dosing range from 10 to 300 gr.; • truncated conical hopper with 18 l capacity, complete with level sensor for automatic product loading; • rotation star with 16 shaped positions with respect to the container to be filled; • screwing unit for shaped screw caps, with 4-finger capping head; • automatic caps loader with pick & place system for positioning. Production: about 1200 pcs/h. • Ideal solution for : foundation - semi-dense creams.
