Filling and capping monoblock for cylindrical bottles from 50 to 500 ml. of nail polish remover. In the filling group the bottles enter the auger that selects them by synchronizing them with the position of the input star and then conveyed to the filling carousel; a sensor detects the containers and allow to the filling phase. The full bottle leaves the filling carousel to be transferred to the capping carousel via an intermediate star. In the capping unit the cap, selected by the centrifugal feeder, is taken by the capping heads with Pick & Place system and is screwed onto the bottle. It is possible to adjust the tightening torque via the magnetic clutches mounted on each capping head. Production: 3800-4000 pcs/h.according to the dosage. •Ideal solution for: acetone - solvents.
