Beer Filling and Capping Monoblock. Automatic monoblock for cylindrical glass bottles of 75 and 50 ml. System consisting of a gravitational filler with 8 nozzles and a capper for crown caps with a diameter of 26 and 29 mm. The bottles are placed in the rotating loading chamber, conveyed by conveyor belt to the monoblock, the selection and transfer of the bottles takes place here via star. The bottles are raised, with plates equipped with a centering system, and the nozzle enters the container. The dosing taps are in stainless steel with heat-sanitizable gaskets. Once the bottles are filled, again by means of a star, they arrive in the automatic capping machine for crown-type “pry-off” caps. The cap is loaded automatically. Solution for non-foaming beer filling. Production: about 1000 pcs / h depending on the product and the quantity to be dosed. • Ideal solution for : beer - non-carbonated beverages.
