Filling and capping monoblock for cosmetic creams and serums. Packaging solution for 3 containers different, screw caps and dropper caps. The plant is equipped with a 16-position transport star, with interchangeable product shapes, in plastic material and driven by an intermittent mechanical group with adjustable working speed. Dosing station suitable for products creamy driven by brushless motor, adjustable for range from 1 to 75 cc. Immersion measuring nozzle complete with thread cutting system. Loading hopper with 20 l capacity, with level sensor. Under-cap station composed of a vibrating selector, conveyor belt, Pick & Place system for taking under-caps and place them on containers. Caps feeding station, composed of vibrating selector, conveyor belt, Pick & Palce system to take caps and place them on containers. The screwing unit has a locking head for screw caps, operated by pneumatic motor with adjustable tightening torque. The group is installed on height-adjustable vertical guide to facilitate format changeover.
