Automatic filling and capping line for bottles with capacities from 20 to 500 ml. and screw caps. The plant is equipped with 1 filling station with 2 volumetric dosers with brushless motor, a filling station capping with one head and PNP system to stop and select the container to be capped; loading and unloading plate motorized, conveyor belt to convey the containers to the filling and capping stations. The placement of the cap on the container is manual. There is a touch screen panel for controlling the dosing and capping settings. Specifically this plant allows our customers to dose and cap 10 different containers. Production: about 1000 pcs/h based on the product and the quantity to be dosed. • Ideal solution for : cosmetic liquids and creams - dense and semi-dense solutions - CBD oils.
