Filling and capping monoblock for shampoo. Solution consisting of: • loading plate; • pneumatically operated dispenser for liquid products, adjustable for dosages from 5 to 300 cc.; • suction of the product from the tank with tube and foot valve; • container transport star made of plastic material with 12 cells; • vibrating feeder/selector for plastic screw caps, complete with descent channel and installation terminal a tearing off the cap on the container; • screwing head, pneumatically operated, mounted on a height-adjustable vertical slide for format changes. The M3005T labelling machine has been inserted in the line for enveloping application on cylinders, so the packaging of product is complete. Production: 1000 pcs/h. •Ideal solution for: shampoo - lotions - cosmetic liquids and creams - dense and semi-dense solutions.
