Filling and capping line for tanks from 1 to 5 lt. with plastic screw cap. The filling station has 2 electro-pneumatic dosing units with brushless motorization. The line features PNP gates for stopping and selecting containers on pneumatic belt. The positioning of the cap is automatic, the caps placed in a vibrating bowl are subsequently conveyed into a channel and directly positioned on the tank. The capping unit is suitable for closing plastic containers with a way cap, the capping head has apneumatic clamping system. Production: about 700/900 pcs/h depending on the quantity of product to be dosed. • Ideal solution for : engine oil – liquid and semi-thick substances.
