Capping monoblock for twist off. Single-head capper suitable for closing glass jars with a twist-off cap by means of a single-head turret and the possibility of managing the torque electronically; automatic feeding of caps with vibrating bowl at man height, caps gripping by pick & place system. Details willing to be transferred e to container handling are made of HD polyethylene for minimum wear and maximum silence during operation. The system is equipped with entry and exit photocells, in case of problems and/or absence of the container the machine stops. There is also a capsule level sensor for elevator management and in if there is no cap, the machine will not start. • Ideal solution for : jars with twist-off caps of jam - honey - sauces - gravies - ketchup - mayonnaise - chocolate - yoghurt - jars - cream.
