Filling, Pick & Place system, capping and labelling line for liquid soap in 500ml containers, with dispenser cap. The plant is composed of: • loading plate; • conveyor belt; • two cylinder filling station; • loading device, automatic cap positioning (Pick & Place) and cannula centering device; • roller capper for closing dispenser caps; • labeling head with three roller centering system; • m3010 labeling machine installed in line for applying labels on 4 sides; • discharge plate. This line is designed to be adapted to different products and containers, it allows the dosage from 100ml up to 1lt.; the format changes are easy and intuitive, a single plant thus allows to satisfy different production needs. Production: around 1000 pcs/h. •Ideal solution for: liquid soap - shampoos - lotions - creams - dense and semi-dense solutions.
