Automatic filling and capping line for tanks and cans with capacities from 250 to 1000 ml. The plant is equipped with: • 1 filling station with 4 volumetric dosers with brushless motor and antifoam system; • product transfer pipes with non-return valve; • 1 TTB capping station with one head for screw caps and format changeover for pressure caps; • outfeed rotary table; • conveyor belt to convey containers to filling and capping stations. The positioning of the cap on the container is manual. The stations have touch screen panels for controlling the dosing and capping settings. Production: up to 1500 pcs./h., based on the product and the quantity to dose. • Ideal solution for : detergents - disinfectants - paints - liquid and semi-dense.
