The Mini Block is designed to package small production batches, for capacities from 2 cc to 50 cc. It’s suitable for various industrial sectors: chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food sectors. It is normally equipped with a dosing unit (volumetric type for liquid or thick products). It can be equipped with up to 2 dosing units. Mini Block allows the normal closing operations (screwing, bordering and spin-clinching, crimping) in semi-automatic version. It can handle all types of containers with different shapes. Similarly to all our machines, the Mini Block can be equipped with different types of dosing devices depending on the product. It is particularly interesting for the quick size change over without adjustments. The machine complies with CE and GMP regulations.
