ZPH pipe clamps are specially designed for quick and easy installation of disc nozzles on manifolds. These clamps are very convenient as there’s no need to buy expensive nipples threaded or welded. Just drill a 19 mm hole in the pipe, insert the clamp into it and screw it on. The design allows positioning of the nozzles with a 5° offset angle, assuring proper jet orientation to avoid jet interference. It has been thought for spray manifolds to clean steel or fabric belt conveyors on mud dewatering machines.
