Description

UBT is a low-pressure tank cleaning nozzle that operates between 4 and 10 bar. Its high-impact jets make it the perfect solution for cleaning the interior of industrial tanks of various sizes, offering a maximum spray radius of 11.0 meters. The UBT cleaning nozzle features a central body that ends in a rotating sphere, with two hubs on either side. Each hub is fitted with two solid-stream nozzles, for a total of four. These nozzles rotate simultaneously on two axes, delivering precise, high-impact jets that create an exceptionally effective cleaning pattern. The nozzle’s movement is powered by an internal epicyclic gear reducer driven by the incoming liquid. The dual rotation of the nozzles and the sphere thoroughly cleans the tank’s internal surfaces. UBT is available in two models —92 lpm at 5 bar and 120 lpm at 5 bar— each offered in two variants: • C VARIANT | SHORT NOZZLES: 20 mm in length; • L VARIANT | LONG NOZZLES: 50 mm in length. The long nozzles provide a larger spray radius, making them ideal for cleaning larger tanks. However, they require a larger inlet diameter compared to the short nozzles. We recommend using thoroughly filtered water with a filter rated at least 60 mesh, such as the VEM 0100 V1 for optimal performance. To interpret the product code correctly: • The second-to-last letter “C” indicates the C variant (short nozzles). • The second-to-last letter “L” indicates the L variant (long nozzles). • Ø denotes the nozzle diameter.
