Description

The Dplus series nozzles provide a full cone jet with a characteristic spray angle independent of the inlet pressure, between 1 and 10 bar. The spray distribution is perfectly balanced and symmetrical with very uniform coverage of the circular impact area, while the perforated vorticator –now already patented– that guarantees homogeneity of the spray angle regardless of the inlet pressure. The large free internal passages prevent the nozzle from clogging even with large particles, while the controlled internal turbulence maintains stable and reliable performance over the entire range of working pressures. The significant free internal passages guarantee low local speeds with a consequent high resistance to wear. CONSTANT SPRAY ANGLE AS THE INLET PRESSURE CHANGES Above 3bar the spray angle is stable, even when the inlet pressure varies. UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION AS THE INLET PRESSURE CHANGES If the distribution is constant as the pressure varies, the nozzle’s wetting action is constant, controllable, and repeatable. IMPROVED ANTI OCCLUSION A larger free passage with a more regular geometry means less occlusion.
