Tidal power plant

Mobile Underwater Platform (MUP) is multipurpose, omni directional, tidal and oceanic currents kinetic energy conversion device. MUP device have two installed Okean hydrokinetic conversion turbines with capability to rotate them 360 degrees horizontally as well as vertically. This rotation capabilities makes turbines maintenance easier as well tracking possibilities for oceanic currents direction changes. MUP is underwater floating device with depth changing capabilities and stable underwater positioning (multipoint anchoring and hydrodynamic profiling). Specially designed platform base deflect water toward turbines intakes which help reach 2.5 times higher water velocity in side turbines. As such MUP device creates its own class of tidal and oceanic currents devices.
