Automated loading system POLAR Autotrans M

POLAR's gripper loading system Autotrans M takes the prepared cutting ream from a peripheral unit, e. g. a buffer table, automatic jogger or piling-board shelf. Via air tables, which optimize the conveying process by air cushions, the material is transported directly onto the high-speed cutter rear table where it is accurately aligned. For rear-table loading the optional retractable side gauge at the high-speed cutter is absolutely necessary. During the transport the grippers firmly hold the cutting ream and ensure that the edges of the reams remain precisely aligned. The POLAR Autotrans M gripper loading system is positioned on free-standing supports and allows for the use of the Autoturn turning gripper (option).
