Description
The Polimoldstandard bushings are made of a material, process and hardness to resistant levels of friction and wear.
Grinded Outside and internal diameter, hardness 58-62 HRC.
The bushings B and BG are the main guide of the mold bases.
Bushing B: Guide plate on P1 (Guide Style A)
Bushing BG: Guide plates P1 and Support Plate (Guide Style B and C)
The BEX bushing is located on the ejector set and available in assemblies 2,3,4 and 5.
The linear bearing bushing is used in conjunction with the main flat guide pin with the same advantages of conventional bushings but with less friction.
