FUNCTION This receiving hopper, bulk feeder machine is intended for receiving of raw materials from trucks. Is usable for many types of vegetables such as corn, green bean green peas, spinach, broccoli, etc. DESCRIPTION - Version for side loading, back loading, or combined version. - Uniform feeding of product on output thanks to following main parts: buffer belt, dosing belt, belt with digital weighing system, rotating rake. - Stainless steel AISI 304 execution. OTHER SPECIFICATIONS - Automatic operation driven by PLC and digital weighing system. - Control via „touch screen“ display. - Remote control from central drive system of line. - All belts in food grade quality with FDA certificates. - Rotating rake for more uniform dropping of product from belt 1 to belt 2 dismount hills of product. - Electric height adjustment during operation. - Automatic cooperation with bulk feeder and its digital weighing systems.
