Description

The cooker by POLO-LTS is designed for cooking confectionery and other food masses. It is mainly used for the preparation of sugar syrups, caramel, jelly, marmalade, sauces, mustard and pasta. Depending on the type of product, its bottom may be of different shape, e.g. taper, sphere, ellipse, etc. The type of jacket is chosen depending on the type of heating medium to be used. The cooker employs temperature sensing probes to control the product and heating medium temperature. – tilt angle 0° – agitator depending on the type of product – Motovario, SEW-EURODRIVE gear motors – 5 to 800 rpm – capacities of 50 L to 1500 L – oil or steam jacket – heating medium temperature up to +200°C – operating temperature of +60°C to +180°C – inner body is made of AISI 304 (316, 321, 310) steel – temperature sensing probes and thermal insulation available (strain gauges as option for installation) – oil by Matrix (Netherlands) as a heat transfer fluid (approved for the application in the food industry)
