The cream cooker is equipped with a specially designed stirrer with scraping blades and a lifting system. The stirrer ensures thorough mixing of the product, eliminating potential dead zones. The stirrer’s rotation speed is adjustable.
Evaporation is facilitated by an integrated heating system. The heating jacket’s design ensures even distribution of the heat transfer medium. It can also be equipped with a built-in cooling system.
Loading of components can be done manually or automated.
The system includes temperature control for both the heat transfer medium and the product.
