NVM is a volumetric single-screw self-priming pump that displaces the transferred product using a screw rotor. The pump achieves continuous and uniform dosing of the product at a stable pressure by displacing an equal volume of liquid per one rotation of the rotor.
This type of pump is used for handling thick, viscous, and cohesive substances, as well as for transferring low-viscosity products. Depending on the pump’s design and the material it is made of, it can handle various products, including vegetable or nut pastes, liquid dough types, oils, jams, honey, caramel masses, abrasive, and even aggressive liquids, without breaking or damaging the particles mixed within the base liquid.
