APPLICATIONS The Automatic Poultry Loader APL packs chickens up to 2.0 kg in polyethylene bags. Products are fed in manually; the packaging process is fully automatic. The machine processes wickets of bags with a minimum material thickness of 35 μm. The bags are closed with aluminium clips, optionally plastic clips, on spool. The products are inserted one at a time by the operator. Apart from this the process is fully automatic: bagging, hocking, closure with original clips and labelling. When designing the APL, particular emphasis was placed on strict observance of hygiene requirements and on maximum machine uptime.
