The dispenser 200ETC (digital) is calibrated in function of time/pressure and exists in 0-1 bar and in 0-7 bar. It is equipped with a MAC solenoid valve that optimizes the responsiveness and durability of the dispenser. It allows the setting of the ultra-precise dispensing time to the thousandth of a second, while being coupled to an analogue timer. Electro pneumatic dispensers applicators are recommanded for the constant deposit of liquid, fluid or pasty products of all kinds, in a repetitive and calibrated way. They benefit from an accurate setting of the pressure to obtain a constant flow of the product and a setting of the deposit time to a thousandth of a second. The application, in a syringe, of a constant pressure set on the dispenser during a given time (numerical value settled on the dispenser) allows to dispense a quantity of repeatable material, on simple impulse of a foot pedal or a finger switch. The vacuum setting allows to suck back the excess of material when the dispense is finished to avoid a drop when moving up the syringe.
