Description
Rotating arm machine for wrapping rolls with stretch film with axial and radial winding.
- Stretch film tensioning system with pre-extension with 2 motors
- Adjustable platform and reel carriage speed with machine data setting selection from the operator panel.
- Configuration with integrated weighing available up to 3500kg ± 1kg of full scale
- Reel transport system with V-shaped conveyor belts with double motorization
- The machine carries out a wrapping cycle with stretch film associating the rotation of the reel with that of the rotating arm. The result is a totally sealed waterproof package.
- The machine cycle can include the cardboard disks laying system to protect the reel.
