Double check valves type Z2S6 are used in applications that require free flow of oil in one direction and to cut-off oil flow in the opposite direction. They are pilot-operated models. These valves can be kept open on the closure side. The valves work in tandem with a control valve and are positioned between the base-plate and the control valve. Valve interfaces are sealed with O-rings which are included in the valve pack. The valves can be installed vertically or horizontally. The valves can be put to many uses. They are used to relieve over-pressured working circuits. They are also applicable in systems that are hydraulically over-burdened. They can be used in systems so that if the line ruptures, they prevent the system from tripping.
