GPS synchronizer PGPS04i

The PGPS04i is a multiple-functional time synchronization device that integrates with GPS time synchronization, IRIG-B outputs (DC-TTL/DC-RS422/optical), IRIG-B pulse input (DC-TTL/DC-RS422/fiber), 1PPS/1PPM pulse output DC- TTL/DC-RS232/fiber), timing set of whole trigger points, real-time clock auto-generating and other relevant functions. It can work together with all types of relay test set of PONOVO for receiving the time signal to be synchronized to do end-to-end line differential protection test. PGPS04i, as an accessory to conduct line differential protection test, provides unified time base for dispatching agencies at all levels of the power system, power plants, substations, control centers, in order to meet a variety of systems (such as scheduling automation system, energy management system, production information management system, monitoring system) and equipment (such as relays, smart electronic equipment, event sequence recorder, automatic control equipment in station, security and stability control devices, fault recorder) requiring time synchronization, ensure consistency of real-time data acquisition and improve the accuracy of line fault location, phasor and power angle dynamic monitoring, units and accuracy of power grid parameters validation, thereby increase the level in power grid accident analysis and stability control and enhance the operational efficiency and reliability.
