The ATB01 PCT200 series Auto Test Box is specially designed as an accessory of PCT200i and PCT200Ai for automatic testing of the multi-ratio CT with multiple taps. PCT Auto-Test BOX is intended for the following applications: (1) Multi-ratio CT testing The PCT auto-test box can automatically test multi-ratio CT with up to 7 tap connections. With this accessory, the PCT200i or PCT200Ai can measure every tap combination of multi-ratio CTs without any need for wiring changes during the test. The CTs with multi-coils with different ratios can be tested the same. (2) Burden and primary winding resistance measurement Using the PCT auto-test box it is also possible to include burden and primary winding resistance measurement to the automatic CT test procedure without rewiring. (3) Single-ratio CT testing Due to the possibility to include burden and primary winding resistance measurement, the PCT auto-test box is not only useful for testing multi-ratio CTs but also for testing different single-ratio CTs one by one, which users can wiring the CTs to the Auto-test box before testing, and during the testings, no wiring change shall be required.
