For large production levels, the market prefers to have several bowls for greater simplicity and cost efficiency. This is why the POSIMAT ACCESS BI has two bowls, but only one single bottle infeed and outfeed, making this a single machine that is small in size, easy to move and install. The patented POSITRANS exit conveyor can alternatively pick up a bottle from each bowl unit and deliver them one after another. The POSITRANS conveyor has a cup system that provides greater stability to bottles with "petaloid" bases. In the (POSIFLEX) automatic format changeover system a POSITRANS-FLEX bottle conveyor is installed, which automatically and instantaneously adapts to the diameter of each bottle to change.
