To fit on moulding machines (with a capacity of 80kg) and automatic tempering machine continua (30/60 kg) for filling and closing chocolate moulds with different dimensions.
Construction
> Stainless steel construction, adaptable to the dimensions of the mould.
> Suitable for moulds with length 27,5 cm.
> Width of these moulds 13.5, 17.5, ... 20.5 cm.
> Designed to fill moulds completely
> OR to fill the inside of moulds before applying vibration
> OR to close moulds and scrape off excess chocolate.
> Moulds are carried pneumatically (note: requires compressor).
