The P220 Dual Lane Three-Roller Wrap has been designed to handle high speed full or partial wraparound label applications. The three point contact is designed to eliminate label creasing / bubbling that is caused by inconsistencies in glass product. Capable of applying a single full wrap label or two labels in orientation to each other around the circumference of the product using our innovative three-roller system. Almost any type of round container in glass or plastic can be labelled accurately with our three-roller system, with extreme precision at speeds of up to 150 products per min with a label placement accuracy of +/-0.5mm. The lanes on the P220 are independent, which can be utilised to run separate products per lane at speeds of up to 75 products per minute. The machine can also incorporate an additional overhead applicator with a blow-down mechanism, and a camera system for highly accurate tamper evident labelling.
