The AR-200 Series Robotic Bag Palletizer is a flexible solution for customers with needs that can’t be met with our standard robotic palletizers. This system comes with basic and customizable features, giving our engineering team the flexibility to adapt the palletizer to your specific requirements. Components that can be adapted include the end-of-arm tooling, the pallet and slip sheet dispensers, the infeed conveyors and the pallet exit conveyor. The AR-200 Series Robotic Palletizer is a combination of FANUC’s state-of-the-art technologies and Premier Tech’s knowledge and ability to provide its customers with adapted solutions. It can handle up to four different units simultaneously, and may be equipped with custom grippers for containers such as bags, bundles and bales. Quick changeover of palletizing patterns can be achieved through stored recipes to maximize uptime. What’s more, flexibility in layout allows for installation in tight spaces, in compliance with the latest safety standards. We also provide full integration services for a perfect fit between the robotic palletizing cell and your related equipment.
