The ENCOMPASS system consists of a valve bag filling machine (or two), an ultrasonic sealer, and a robotic bag applicator completely enclosed to contain dust within the enclosure. This innovative machine is suited for filling any powdery bulk material such as food and chemicals into valve bags. Its modular design makes it available with either Air or Impeller Packers. This machine is designed for quick installation and set-up because you don’t have separate components to connect. The fully integrated machine (plumbed and wired) will be shipped as a single unit in a standard intermodal container.  Since no equipment is in contact with the floor, the interior layout of the machine makes an easy clean-up. Continuous weld prevents product building up underneath floor structure.
