Description

Carrier Roller Designed for high and medium speed conveyors. They can be used for transporting a wide variety of loads, conveying and transferring materials on machinery and assembly lines. Piece goods, square or cylindrical goods, boxed and packaged goods can be transported horizontally or inclined. The products are conveyed on rolls placed at regular intervals on the conveyor frame. They are divided into two parts as driven and free-rolled, depending on the mode of operation. Material handling in free roller conveyors is provided by the height difference, the first speeded system, human or machine thrust. In these conveyors, the force is applied directly to the load. The rolls rotate through the friction of the load making a translational motion along the conveyor bed. In driven roller conveyors, the rolls are driven by the chain, which operates with the motor-reducer system and runs around the conveyor. Driven conveyor rollers are rotated around their axes by a motor. The movement is transmitted to the transported goods by friction. The spacing, roll diameters and material of the rolls are determined by the type of product to be transported again. Galvanized, rubber or PVC coated rolls are designed for customer use. Usage area and capacity varies according to the purpose of use.
