Automatic crimping machine

This line has been composed of four machines: -One machine which insert rivet in the magnetic circuit (post 1) -One electrical Press which crimping rivet(post 2) -One modul which insert and crimping a ring in the circuit (post 3) -One storage robot which put circuit in a carrier for palletizing (post 4) This line is used to assemble the fixed and mobile parts of the magnetic circuit for two different part sizes. It can run at a speed of 1500 parts / hour.
