Dairy product fermenter

Devices for the production of fermented milk, suitable for fermenting and maturing milk to produce yogurt and ferments. They consist of a vertical cylindrical tank standing on three legs, made of brushed AISI 304 stainless steel with a rounded bottom, complete with an openable hatch and a cavity lining for the circulation of hot water for pasteurizing, temperature maintenance and cooling purposes. The fermenters are fitted with vertical stirrers with scraper blades, complete with a gearmotor and a washing device with a removable sprayball. All the parts coming into contact with the product are designed and manufactured to comply with the strictest hygiene standards. As an optional extra, the fermenters can also be supplied with an electric control panel for managing the heating and cooling cycles automatically.
