• Up to 6 sensors simultaneously
• Wireless transmission over several meters
• In metallic environments
• Possible in elecromagnetic fields
• Without batteries or energy harvesting
• 2,4 GHz ISM-Band transmission
• Various sensor shapes
• Individual antennas
• In rotating applications
The wireless temperature sensors work passively and do not need additional power supply at the measuring point. The sensor system with a low thermal profile allows wireless temperature measurements while moving or rotating, in small spaces or in mobile applications.
tip300 measures temperatures directly at the product or on a reference board with a passive temperature sensor which does not require any energy supply at the measuring point. The temperature information is transmitted wirelessly to the receiver, where it is transmitted to the production system live via a digital data interface, where the temperatures will be depicted and evaluated. The sensors are specified up to 300°C and are characterized by a long service life. Up to 6 sensors can be used with a measuring rate of up to 5 Hz. With optimized transmitting and receiving antennas from pro-micron, the system can be used individually in a wide variety of system types. The sensitive measuring system can show temperature changes of less than 0.05 Kelvin. The absolute system accuracy is specified with 1 Kelvin.
