Description
The TYPHOON® SI-1 and SI-2 are immersion washing machines that are constructed with a spray and basket. Designed in a compact structure, this machine is specially designed for accurate machine-components aqueous cleaning.
The SI version effectively fits into a manufacturing cell, and is capable of handling a broad range of complicated small or medium parts found inside 2 or 4 baskets. These parts are loaded with the aid of a custom-engineered Proceco fixture. These machines are integrated with fully re-circulated immersion and wash rinse mechanism, and at the start of every wet-process procedures, the rotating basket is sprayed with V-jet spray nozzles.
An additional optimum-pressure regenerative blower is incorporated into the machine. This removes most of the water from the components.
