This TYPHOON SI+ is a spray immersion parts washer for large and complex components. Its designed to clean large parts such as cylinder heads or blocks with precision. Triple-action cleaning technology combines turbulent immersion with rotation, high-impact spray, and forced flushing is featured with the SI+. This technology removes machining oils, metal chips, and grease from parts that are newly machined. Filtered, fully re-circulated and hot aqueous cleaning solutions are provided for achieving maximum energy efficiency. The large work-pieces are loaded through a door or cover onto a specifically engineered fixture, which can be designed to receive a multiple of smaller parts, a single large part, or a combination of both. A large volume of smaller pieces can be processed by the SI+ with the simple replacement of the fixtures.
