The Typhoon® MB-D is a spray washing machine that is specially designed for pallets. It is capable of automatically sanitizing and drying a wide array of types and sizes of recyclable plastic dunnage, trays and pallets in a continuous process. The machine provides a hot aqueous sanitizing solution and sprays it on all dunnage surfaces, removing machining oils, coolants, metal chips, and transport dust and dirt. This solution is re-circulated in order to save water, detergent and heat as well. After passing through the high-impact and air-blow-off drying stage, the clean dunnage is released through the washer.
