Description

Our ANALECT® RefinIR™ lab process analyzer is a fully integrated laboratory autosampler and FTIR instrument designed to measure liquid hydrocarbons including gasoline, diesel and crude oils in a single autosampler. The ANALECT RefinIR lab process analyzer delivers automated spectral data acquisition of multiple liquid refinery stream samples from crude oils to blended gasoline and diesel. The system utilizes the ANALECT XCORR™ Model Transference Protocol allowing data and models to be seamlessly transferred to the on-line ANALECT Hydrocarbon SmartSystem™. This system features the ANALECT Diamond 20™ Transept™ Interferometer Platform with the improved DCM 600™ data acquisition electronics. This provides improved performance utilizing SpectraQ™ Software with a customizable HMI for operating the system. Determination of physical properties and chemical composition can be achieved with the touch of a button. The ANALECT RefinIR lab process analyzer automates calibration data collection in support of our Hydrocarbon SmartSystem online process analyzer. Automated spectral data acquisition of multiple liquid refinery stream samples from crude oils to blended gasoline and diesel. Autosampler can be heated up to 125°C to allow sampling of heavy crudes and intermediates, such as FCC feed. Holds 24 15 ml vials and automatically transfers the sample to a flow- through transmission cell embedded in in the autosampler. Includes compliance to ASTM D6122 via a wash and validation functionality that eliminates cross-contamination of samples and pro- vides a quick assurance of spectral quality. Reduces the laboratory benchtop footprint by up to 60%.
