The semiautomatic dosing device has been introduced on the market by Procma in order to meet the needs of the small ice-cream producers. This machine is made up of a pneumatically operated dosing unit and of an adjustable bench, on which the container to be filled is positioned. The entire machine is controlled by a programmer that establishes and sets out the dosing times. This equipment allows the production of various types of rapidly changeable formats. Its programming and regulating simplicity make the semiautomatic doser an excellent compromise between quality and price.
