Description

The volumetric dosing units are employed in food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry and enable to accurately and quickly dose any kind of products: liquid, thick and doughy. The part in contact with the product to be dosed is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and all parts are easy to disassemble for cleaning purposes. The volume can be regulated through a small handwheel with a reference scale. Also outlet and suction speed can be accurately adjusted through regulators integrated in the subplate. Furthermore, the dosing unit is very compact and takes up minimal space, thus allwoing for an easy installation onto automatic stations. Special applications for customized solutions are available to satisfy customer’s needs. Upon request we can provide the dosing unit in bi-, tri-, quad-cylindrical version or with multiple dosing groups, as well as dosing units with heated cylinders for dosing chocolate, butter, honey or wax, paraffin, etc. (temperatures from +35°c to +120°c).
