The mixing vat can contain and heat liquid chocolate for the decoration of ice creams. The vat is heated by means of an insulation with passing hot water, to be adjusted by means of a thermoregulator. It is equipped with one pump for circulating water and one pump for the dosing of the product. The vat can be completed with dosing fittings, such as liquid chocolate nebulizers with volumetric regulation, for the dosing of the product in ice cream cones to make wafers impermeable, or the topping dosing station for the decoration of the upper parts of ice cream cones.
